Our Story
Started by people who were already on the tools
Belgravia & Mason Estates was founded by directors who came up through the trades before they came into property: gas engineers, electricians and general contractors who spent years working for letting agents rather than the other way round.
That gave us a close view of where the standard management model breaks down for landlords: the agency takes its fee, then a separate contractor is called (and paid) for every gas check, every fault, every emergency. We built Belgravia & Mason the opposite way. The trade capability came first, and the management service was built around it.
The result is a smaller, more accountable outfit: one management fee, one team who both manage the property and carry out the work it needs.
